1. Hourly hot flashes and 100+ degree weather don't mix well.
2. Perimenopausal symptoms (read moodiness) and raising a teenager don't mix well. Something to be said about having kids younger, you avoid these two things colliding later. Poor planning on my part.
3. Kids on facebook...probably a bad idea altogether.
4. Perimenopausal symptoms, raising a teenager(who never listens to me), 100 degree weather, hot flashes, owning a business and a rental, high blood pressure, lack of sleep(damn hot flashes), AND having a husband with MM(who also never listens to me), WELL.....
I don't know how to explain it other than, somedays, I wish I could quit this job.
Ugh, here comes another flash now.
Oh and one more thing I've learned. I don't consider myself a patient person. YA THINK?!!! But I realized something yesterday(after a BMW with NY plates stopped in the middle of the road in front of me in an intersection 'cause apparently she was confused and picked that place to try to figure it all out.) If I can drive on NJ roads for 29 years without shooting someone, I think that speaks for my patience BIGTIME. ;o)
Oh and I almost forgot one more.....I cuss too much.
Ah yes, another day in paradise! Learning new things everyday. ;o)

Mind if i join your pity party. It' Dex week. Im sliding down off the energy slide. My 13 and 16 yr. Old sons can't seem to finish their chores without frequent breaks on the tv and xbox. While Im laying down. our family is down to one car, so there is no getting out of here til dad gets home from work. Oh and I cant figure out if the sweats are from dex or premenopause. How much more fun can one family have. And...im trying to rent out my preschool building and all the supplies because past renter just bailed on me four weeks before school starts. Wow i think im feeling better already. Thanks for letting me vent! i know things will improve and the sun will shine. I can relate to what you are going through. Hope the NJ drivers get smarter, the cussin' gets less and sweats go away. Love from rainy one minute hot the next.. utah, Kris
I can't confirm if it works or not but apparently sage is a good supplement for hot flashes. :D
