I am sure grateful to God that it was this. After such a difficult week, which always makes us feel more nervous when one of Tim's appts. falls around such grim times, we got the wonderful news today that
Tim is still stable. We know when the doc comes in and talks wood flooring with him(he just bought a new
place in Manhattan) that there are no worries and I rummaged through the labwork to see that all is the same
as it was in July. I told Tim before we went in that as long as he was OK, I could let go of all the rest of the
crap we dealt with this week. This is our goal: to keep Tim well, to keep me from getting sick dealing with all
this stress, and to enjoy our days as much as possible while raising our daughter together. Anyone that gets in the way of that goal, and robs us of our happiness, is not on our team. We know that
we have been given a hard road to travel. We also know that we have been blessed and seen miracles happen despite that. We want
to keep on trucking with as much optimism and laughter as we possibly can. And that, my friends, will be my
focus, from this day forward. I'm going to learn to send all the garbage floating around us right to the spam file.

OH, DENISE - I AM SO THRILLED FOR YOU AND TIM - ALL IS STABLE AND HE IS DOING GREAT! I CAN "HEAR" A NEW RESOLVE IN YOUR POST TO SAVOR THIS TRIUMPH AND PUT ALL STRIFE OFF YOUR SHOULDERS. I CAN JUST IMAGINE THE JOY OF THIS DAY, AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE DOING THE HAPPY DANCE IN YOUR HEAD. YOU GO, GIRL - CELEBRATE YOURSELF SILLY! HUGS, KAREN
Fantastic news on the results!
I love the idea of spamming the cr*p! B and his bro had a to-do last night when B rang up to ask where the money was for the fridge freezer we'd paid for for the m-i-l. The b-i-l got annoyed and B put the phone down and although it bothered me - it was nowhere near as much as it would have done and now I've spammed it! xx
Yep girls, I think that is the plan for now on. We'll start an STC club(spam the cr**)and filter all this nonsense, and the toxic people, right out. :o)
YA.... I Love good Dr. visits and Love the attitude. We all never know how long we have here in this world so focus on the good, hang out with the people who love you, and let all the rest go.
Great post....
PS.. I have my "Big" Dr. visit on Tuesday to find out the results of my second bone marrow biopsy. I will post when done. I'm not expecting anything bad.
Wonderful news! So glad your honey is stable.
Keep smiling.....
Denise so glad to hear Tim is stable. I'm hoping that you will find Peace in this crazy world and the problems you face. John14:27 "Peace I leave with you , my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid."
Hope you don't mind my sharing this with you. I think peace means you are actively doing everything you can to change your circumstances, but you refuse to worry aboout them.
I am trying to live by that and when I read about your family troubles I thought I would send some "peace" your way.
thanks for letting me share a "piece" of my mind too. Love, Kris
And I echo all the other cheers and Yee-Hahs! for the good news. I would have posted earlier, but my modem was acting up and couldn't get a post to stick... keep on your path and you'll get supported by those who really do care.
